[ For those who want an action post, you’ll find Terezi in the gardens acting out an intense COURTBLOCK DRAMA with a variety of colorful Scalemates. The stage: a courtroom, with an imposing chalk-doodle on a tree serving as the PRIME ADJUDICATOR. Terezi is the prosecution and executioner, as emphasized by nooses hanging from the surrounding trees. There is no defense.

Over the course of the day (and well into the night), Terezi will be putting her dragon plushies on trials for many different crimes and will probably drag you into her roleplay if you approach.

For those who would prefer a video post, Terezi will be broadcasting the best part of her roleplay scenario: the hangings. Periodically, she’ll begin a video and announce a brief:

"Senator Berrytush, for crimes against the empire and treason, you are sentenced to death!"

Or

"Madame de Applesnuggle, for bribery and corruption, you are sentenced to death!"

before hoisting the offending dragon plushie up to her makeshift gallows (read: garden trees) and hanging it. All trials end in death. Justice has been served. ]

[The doll hits him square in the chest, and he catches it with both arms while dropping his towel to the ground. Poor little one-eyed plush.

Akihiko doesn't realize this toy is the 'her' he's supposed to be after, and looks around the gardens.]

[Minato hadn't flinched even with the blade that close to him or in her hands. Not that he had to worry about the prosecution (and executioner) using any force or violence against a witness. Or he hoped. Either way, he had his Evoker on him.]

[Still hugging the forensics team to her stomach, Rei follows Terezi over to the lineup. She looks at them quietly. They all look equally guilty and/or innocent to her.

Y'know. Since they're all pretty much exactly the same except for their color.]

Which one?

[These five minutes might just be the most intense five minutes of Jade's life. How is Terezi able to stand so still??? She is like a statue. A statue of righteous justice. ]

Obviously he was running from the scene of the crime!!

[ She points an accusing finger at the guilty scalemate. ]

[ Terezi struggles to her feet, taking a brief moment to brush dust off her pants before approaching. ]

[ She snatches the plush from Akihiko's arms. ]

[ Griiiiin. ]

Why thank you, Madame...? [ WHAT IS YOUR ROLEPLAY NAME FEFERI?? ]

[ A nail in the proverbial coffin. If trolls used coffins. But the trial hasn't finished juuuuust yet.

She turns to her "audience." ]

[ We need a little chance to spice things up. ]

[ Terezi pulls out a two-headed coin, one side with a scratch down the middle. ]

[ Grin. She turns to Minato. ]

[ With the last part, she tosses it in the air. It lands heads-side up. ]

[ Hold on, Terezi's thinking. And smelling. Who smells the most guilty?!

A Legislacerator isn't just one who can piece together clues and facts. A Legislacerator must have inherent talent. And like Stephen Colbert says, Terezi's relying on her gut.

She sniffs each dragon a few times, then slowly (thoughtfully), approaches Rei. She points at the dragon in her arms. ]

[How can a plush toy be a second-in...oh. The set up of scalemates in the garden reminds him of the many games of 'house' played in the orphanage years ago with his sister and Shinji. He never did like that game, but endured it anyways.

'House' never led to going to court or having executions, though.]

A witness? [He picks up his towel and slings around the back of his neck.]

[Rei turns the Scalemate in her hands and holds her out at arms length to look at her.]

Her?

[ Hold on, one more minute of silence after Jade speaks.

Okay, we're good. ]

Obviously. But there's still one thing we must discover: where are the jewels now?

[ If Jade's perceptive enough, she might notice a bag sitting in the HIS MOST HONORABLE TYRANNY tree. If not, it'll fall down sometime during the next five minutes of silence as Terezi stares down Cherrybreath. ]

[ The disgust drips off Terezi's tongue. Like drool. Because there is drool dripping off her tongue as she licks at the dragon's eyes. ]

[Gogdamn, why does she have an ancestor with no actual name? At least that we have been allowed to know]

[Hey, she's on the spot, it's from her Trollian handle and, well, this is Feferi. Why let the details get in the way of FUN!

...At least she made something up?]

[ She grabs his arm and drags him over to a seat by THE PRIME ADJUDICATOR. She's about to begin the trial when she realizes-- oh no! No more nooses!

Something must be done!

Terezi completely ignores Akihiko for the five minutes it takes her to climb a tree, untie a noose, dropkick the criminal corpse, and set the noose around the on-trial dragon's neck. ]

[Rei is pretty sure there's supposed to be some kind of reaction from her here. So...um...]

....I am surprised.

[Doesn't she sound it?]

[After being led to a seat among the other plush toys, he attempts to make some sense of the game as he watches the abandoned scalemate fly across the air and land in the grass.]

What I saw? [A bunch of plush toys. That's what he saw.]

Mistre-, er, Marquise Mindfang's...second-in-command. [Apparently.]

[It was his decision? But he was only a witness, and this was life and death. Shouldn't this decision be made by someone else, someone in a different position? This was simply a game, and thanks to the casual online gaming he did for the Hermit Social Link, it wasn't too unfamiliar to pretend to be someone else. But still, he had to decide someone's fate even in this game? How much did he want to compromise his ideals?

From the looks of all the nooses and hangings, the crime was most likely punishable by death. And the criminal couldn't go unpunished either. He wondered what she wanted to hear, as the prosecution and executioner. What side was it, and did it matter? Would he be ruining her game either? He hoped not as he smiled at her before turning pensive again.

It took him a second to think about it, then responded.]

... None.

[ Akihiko might suddenly realize that this "roleplay" is hinting at a grudge far deeper than a legislacerator hating a pirate. There is history here.

hold on, give Terezi a moment to rage ICly and OOCly. ]

[ Okay, professionalism again. Let's do this thing.

Terezi paces about the captured pirate. ]

[ She throws the plush dragon at Akihiko. She probably misses by a few feet. Whoops. ]

[ She doesn't even bother with the coin. In fact, she actually kicks it unknowingly as she approaches Minato. ]

[ You know she's interested when her tongue's out, tasting the air. ]

[It doesn't seem like she just pulled this little speech out of nowhere. She must really get into the acting. The emotion behind the raging tantrum seemed quite realistic.

Akihiko's not sure whether he should get up and retrieve 'Marquise Mindfang' or not, but does so anyway out of politeness.]
