[Minato didn't find anything too unusual about her typing up everything that she would have said out loud, such as the pause in conversation or the laughter.

But she might have been more enthusiastic about typing out her laughter though... and with 3s instead? Yet if she said she was all right, then he did take her word for it.]

Okay. As long as you are.

[Which then implied that if she wasn't, then he would try to help in some way, as aware as he was of the number of friends she had from her homeworld too.]

I'm glad to see you again.

[ Then it strikes her-- Minato's a pretty connected guy. She's stalked his conversations with a few different people, and despite his calm, quiet exterior, he's surprisingly sociable.

He might have some information.

She switches her text to private.
]

[ Fuck, she hates saying this but... ]

[Had this been video, Terezi would have seen him nod. Minato read over her words carefully. He could understand why she lied or had chosen not to disclose details; everyone had their reasons for keeping information private, himself included, and thus didn't want to pry.

Then her goal was still to keep everyone here or bring everyone into Wonderland. She had gone back without anyone's prior knowledge, and it could happen again. To any of them. Lucky for her, she did return. Minato didn't know how much time had passed for her, but did it matter? Somehow something about her world had become worse.]

There are others who want to stay. I'm looking into it.

[Definitely looking into it. And perhaps... Since this conversation was private, then he thought he could bring it up. It might also help, but he wasn't sure by how much or if at all. He still wasn't sure either if she was responsible for sending or returning any of them home, though he had his doubts.]

The mirrors. They're planning to overthrow the Queen.

[ That surprises her. Genuinely. She pauses, rereading his words. Before, her plans had involved the Queen, but more of becoming her ally. She hadn't factored the mirrorselves into the equation (outside of informational purposes) because she figured they were only pawns in the chessmatch of Wonderland.

But...

Overthrowing her?

This... Hmmmm.

[It had taken him by surprise as well. Somewhat. As much as that information could affect him. There hadn't been any definitive plans, no details, nothing that elaborate. All that was there was the determination to be rid of her. Still not enough for an effective revolution, but it was something.]

Sasagawa told me. [As well as his own mirror.]

No other details yet, other than for us over here to try and convince other mirrors to take part in it.

I know that they want to or will have to fight her.

[She did have good questions. It was hard to tell from mere writing or scribbles on the glass mirrors if any of their mirror versions had been lying or not. Weren't they all supposed to be loyal to the Queen? But loyalty and liking her were two different things. And could they even kill her at all?

Minato had believed Ryohei's mirror though about the desire to revolt, especially after meeting him and speaking to him on the Chess field. And he did believe his own mirror. But he knew all too well about betrayal as well.]

I also don't know what will happen. They might need someone to be in charge afterward. But I doubt they've figured out who.

As for loyalty, they'll have to be careful. We can try to help them as best we can in determining who is on which side when we talk to more of them.

[ Thinking, thinking, thinking. Hmmmm. Secrecy was most important. With a startled realization, Terezi inwardly hoped the Queen couldn't view private messages. It seemed like something uncharacteristic of her, but you can never be too careful.

Just in case though...
]

[ Already, ideas are popping into her head. CandyKarkat would definitely get involved. He had spouted his revolutionary ideas at her before, and this sounded straight up his alleyway. Determining loyalty to the Queen would also be an issue, like she had said. Mirrors and the Queen were inexplicably linked, but the question was how.

Finally, determining Minato's level of commitment. It's one thing to help friends find a way to stay in an alternate dimension/universe/whatever. It's something else entirely when you're independently motivated to find a way to stay in the alternate dimension/universe/whatever. The last thing she needs is him to bail when things get tough.

Okay. I can meet with you later, if you like.

[Filters and locks could only do so much despite how well he had been taught to set them up. For the most part they did block out plenty of other peering or simply curious eyes, but anyone determined enough may be able to break through the coding.

He could understand her asking him that as well. It might've seemed out of the blue that he would do something like this. He knew that if he had to return home, he would. He had to. Even if there was some reluctance now tugging at the back of his mind. But the point of returning wasn't entirely for himself, the same with wanting to help out.]

I have friends who want to stay. Including the mirrors.

[Which might've been odd for him to say at first, but he did regard some of the mirrors as his friends. It didn't matter on which side of the mirrors or the Mansion that they lived; they were separate entities, separate people. They should be happy too.]

The mirrors are real. They deserve to live now that they do.

[Not that all the mirrors were good or moral or anything like that. But it wasn't right for someone to take the life of someone else.]

[ That's actually...

A surprising idea. This conversation is certainly making Terezi reassess her lack of opinion on the mirrors. The only one she's really spoken with in any depth was Karkat's mirror, and he was just a little too ridiculous to take seriously. Maybe too ridiculous to even respect.

But...

[Minato smiled, glad that Terezi could understand him, but it hadn't come entirely as as surprise since she held the same ideal in wanting to protect her friends.]

Okay. I'm looking forward to it.

[He had to go do some more information gathering as well. Who knew how much progress had been made on the planning front on the other side. He had to go and find out.]
